
Coach Aaron Wallenborn
Coach Wallenborn is currently attending The University of Texas at San Antonio studying for a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology. He is a graduate of Cornerstone Christian High School and Highland Community College in Kansas. He is the Head Varsity Basketball Coach for First Baptist Academy in Universal City, Texas. In Coach Wallenborn's colligate career he was nationally ranked in the top 50 Quarterbacks in the Nation in 2009 as the Quarterback of the Highland Scotties football team in Highland Kansas. He comes from a great athletic background and is destined to be successful coach for years to come. Coach Wallenborn founded the Zags in 2007 where it has grown into an organization built around helping young people grow and mature as basketball players and as young men. The Zags organization guides them through their teenage years allowing them to fully understand the game and give them the knowledge of basketball they need to succeed at the next level.

2008-2009: In training camp with South Texas Showboat (ABA)
2006-2007: Played in 28 games ... Provided the Huston Tilloston Rams with starting at the point guard with an offensive threat averaging 15.2 point, 6 assist in 40 minutes of action per game ... Led the Rams with a career high of 30 points and 7 assists against Langston University. Also lead the team in three-point field goal percentage shooting 35 percent (33-69) from beyond the arc ... Lead the team in free throw percentage connecting on 83% from the line and assist. Against a Div 1 Northwestern State…Lead team with 24 points and 5 assist.
2005-2006: Played in 14 games for Huston Tilloston: Started all 14 games averaging 13.4 points and 5 assist. Hit a season high against Paul Quinn connecting on 20 points and 6 assists….Led the team in free throw percentage (80%) and steals (3 per game). Second highest scoring of the season against Wiley College hitting 18, going 7-10 from the field. Also had 5 steals in the game.
